I would like to easily resize pictures etc And I still have not figured it out. I don't think I would purchase this again. Okay for basic copying and printing, but not if you want to do more.

Not the best printer I've owned. Was on sale and was told that was a great deal by Best Buy clerk. Uses ink at a alarming rate. Would not buy again.

This is a review for the Epson Expression Home XP-440 Small-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. If you are looking for a cheap printer for your home, this is the one to get. After unboxing the printer, it really is very small for a multi-functional printer. However, you can easily tell that this printer is a low cost printer in the design and construction. It doesn't have that quality build feel to it and things like the LCD screen are not touch screen and feel very cheap. With that being said, none of that caused any issues with the actual important part of the printer, the actual printing. Setup of the printer went rather smoothly as my computer installed the drivers and software without issue. I did have problems trying to configure the wifi network for the printer via my computer but I think that was due to my complex network setup. Once I did the WiFi setup on the printer alone, it worked without any issues. As for the important part, the printing, this pretty much worked without issue. I was able to print from various computers on my network as well as directly from my phone. Printing speeds aren't the fastest but they not slow either. It is nice that the print ink cartridges are separate so you only have to replace the one which is out. I would have liked to see a larger size black as some other printers have as that is typically used much more then the colors. All in all, it provides most of the features of a multi-functional product (copy, print, scan) but without the price tag. And most important, it works. I can't see this in an office or high volume printing environment but if you have a small home business or just want something for your family's daily use, this would be the printer.

Seems ok. Price was okay but when I tried to find the specific driver I could only find the 400 series printer and not the 440. Now the ink interface does not work properly. Frustrating.

This thing uses ink fast and if it sits too long without use you need to run the cleaning options a lot to get it to print decently. Very frustrating at times.

The printer is ok, but the scanner doesn't provide many option, especially when using the computer. Could not add pages to a single doc, and it seems that it doesn't have PDF searchable.

We do not use the printer often. Maybe a couple of times a week. It seems to run out of ink quickly. Good for basic use. I tried to scan some photos but the quality was not good.
