Have had this junk printer 6 months and it now will not power on. Have used it very lightly and it was plugged into a power strip with a surge protector. Who needs a disposable printer to fill up the landfill???? NOT ME

I bought this printer so that I could print from my smartphone but the printer won't connect to my Wi-Fi when I use the personal hotspot from my phone so the wireless feature is useless to me.

Everything works as it should, if I had to choose a con It would like a better screen. Other options at 250 and up can get you better viewer angles but I just needed web access for work.

Worked great at first, now it for some reason always prints blank pages. When I clean the print head it sometimes fixes the problem. Won’t print black and white without color cartridges

Bought this because I have the next model up and the ink was too pricey so I figured I’d get another printer that was gonna be cheaper on ink, but this thing sucks. Every time I tried to print it pulled the paper at an angle no matter what and printed on an angle and jammed a few times. I had to hold the paper straight for it to take it. It would print one good page and the rest would come out crappy. As well as it would try to take multiple sheets at the same rime. Returned it as it wasn’t worth the hassle

This is a basic printer for the price. The ink is difficult to readily find and on the expensive side. You can probably buy a new printer cheaper than the price of ink.

Got this while on sale, it does the job. But if you are a big printer you should opt for a laser printer. If you print once or twice every month then fits the budget.

The only feature I use a lot is not user friendly like I thought it would be and it’s the double sided feature. You have to go into the system and set it up to turn pages over.

I have to constantly use the setting to clean the heads before printing because if not the paper prints with lines across it. Once the heads are clean it prints fine.

This printer does not have a document feeder so you have to scan documents one page at a time. Set up time for this printer took longer than other printers I have purchased.

I have this printer on my desk. It makes a continuous high pitched hissing sound when it is idle. I have to turn it off after I print something just to keep it quiet. Otherwise, it prints fine but scanning is not as easy as it should be. There is no USB port to plug in a drive for saving scanned docs. It's a cheap printer. I wish I had paid a little more and got a better quality printer.

Not super user friendly, but maybe bc my computer is old. Copier is weird bc it copies a smaller area than the size of the glass. 8x10 gets cut off. The ink is super expensive.

As a senior citizen I found this printer difficult to set up and get it working through my MacBook Air. It required three visits to the Best Buy in store Geel Squad.

This printer stopped working after a month. I’m not sure why so I returned it.

When and if I can get it to work I'll probably have a better idea of how it works. So far I can't get it to mate with my computer, but then I've only tried a dozen times so far.

Needed an inexpensive replacement for the Epson 400 that needed a repair. The fix was more costly than replacing the darn thing! Its a workhorse with a short lifespan.

I bought this wireless printer but unable to set it up. I thought all I needed was a cell phone or tablet to set up.
