I bought this a while back and it was a decent little printer. We'd often have to reset the printer because we couldn't connect to it while it was in sleep mode. While that was annoying it wasn't a deal breaker. One day I let the printer update the firmware and suddenly it won't print with the installed ink cartridges. Literally tells me they are not epson brand and it refuses to print. Great, so now I have maybe 75% left on the installed ink cartridges and a whole second set that worked fine yesterday and now no longer work because Epson want to force you to use their brand which costs twice as much. Epson, this kind of anti consumer practices has lost you a customer for life.

This is an entry level printer. Has issues smearing the ink when printing from time to time.

Takes a long time to hook up. Difficult instructions. Still having a hard time setting up wifi connections to my iphone

It works ok. Can’t keep it connected all the time to do wireless printing. Goes through ink pretty quick

This is a good printer but I'm not convinced about the speed of the print job.

this isn’t going to be the best printer or last the longest but you get what you pay for, it’s not bad

This is a great affordable printer. I would highly recommend this for the person who prints a few things a week. It Is prefect for students. upon receiving the printer I found it super easy to set up and didn't even need the included drivers for in to work on my network. I just connected it to the WiFi and it worked with all my computers. For phone printing you have to download the app but after that its just as easy. It is very small and doesn't weigh a lot, great for small spaces. It holds a lot of paper too. Its also very quite and wouldn't wake a baby in the same room. All around a great printer My only complaint is that it isn't very good at printing pictures, I think it may have been my settings a bit but still not perfect. Other than that it makes a very nice printer, the inks can each be replaced individually so rather than 50 for all 4 you can pay 10 for the single cartridge you need. Seems to have issues staying connected wirelessly. Maybe it is my home network but I don’t think so.

Seems to go to sleep or something at times. Not sure what the problem is, maybe wifi. Works great when it works!

I love Epson printers - which is why I purchased this all in one. The main reason for the purchase was supposedly I could print BLACK ONLY instead of wasting money buying color ink cartridges that I don't use. Well that option does NOT work. I've read where you can select "grayscale" etc to print in black & white but it does NOT work. You will receive an error pop up that tells you one of the color cartridges is out - which is what's going on with me. No matter what settings I choose - the error window still pops up and here we are - held hostage and can't print until we fork out more money for color cartridges we don't want and don't need. The printer companies have quite the racket making money on ink - considering the price versus the little bit of ink in one of those things. Highly disappointed - will start looking for another printer!

Purchased printer to print mainly pictures, does not have a slot for memory cards only downfall.

Slow printing, uses lots of ink, cheap plastic, would pay a little more for a better printer

I purchased this printer and at first it worked good. The only trouble I had with it during the first year was that it would often jam the paper when autofeeding to print. It was annoying but still workable. Then one month after the warrant expired, it gave me a scanner error. It wouldn’t even let me print from my computer. I could do nothing with the printer. I researched ways to fix it and I reached out the Epson for help, but they were unwilling to help since my warranty expired 1 month before. This was my second Epson printer. The first one I had owned for about 4 years and then one day, the same type of scanning error occurred. Since I had had the printer for a number of years, I didn’t hold it against Epson. However, this being the second one to break in the same way and this time being so soon and Epson offering nonexistent customer service, I purchased another printer of a different brand. I’ll never trust an Epson product after this.

It prints rather slowly and quality is just so so, but still not bad for the price and like the compactness.

Printer is fine but I have a pet peeve when companies install software on your computer even when you uncheck the box and thats what EPSON does. I unchecked the box to install "Epson Customer Research Participation Software" and it was still installed and running every time my computer started up.

The catridge emtied out quicker than it was advertised. I haven't used it much I can recollect.

Good for home where you don’t print or make copies often. Not good for a home office. Burns thru ink.

Save your money for a real printer, have to restart this thing at least twice a week to get it to print.

Printer does it's job. It uses a ton of ink and is a pain to scan with.
