    Not worth the money! Wasted all the ink doing “test run” printing every time it was reset because it kept getting jammed, stopped working, printed crooked, it just always has some type of issue.

    SALES PERSON THOUGHT PRINTER BOX DID NOT INCLUDE A USB CABLE, SO HE SOLD ME A SEPARATE USB CABLE THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A CHARGER FOR A CELL PHONE, THE BOX DID INCLUDE A USB CABLE THAT I USED. I WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE CHARGER BECAUSE IT DID NOT MATCH STOCK NUMBER OF A USB CABLE!!!,

    After an hour and a half I gave up on trying to connect without a cable. I inserted the cd, followed the prompts, it said an updated version was available, it wouldn't download, then the disc ran and would not connect, very frustrating. Plan on buying a USB cable then it worked ok.

    It was good in the beginning

    It worked great except I had connectivity issues since day one. And also a couple of months later and it stoped printing. The prints are horrible I tried cleaning the nozzles with the clean mode and it didn’t work tried it many times till I gave up. Don’t get this printer guys :(
