After just over a year of use, the printing blurred in certain areas of the page. Cleaning the print head helped for a while but the problem soon returned.

One reason I purchased a printer was to help save money by printing my own coupons at home. This printer is not compatible with coupons.com website.

This printer was doing some money from the beginning. DoN’t waste your money!!!! Dull ink!!! Epson customers service never responded

Ink cartridge was jammed after two uses. I called epson and after 1.5 hours on the phone they agreed to replace the printer. In the second printer, the ink cartridge was jammed after 3 uses. I ended up buying a HP office jet pro 8035 because I need to print often and could not go to staples every time to print. This was a waste of money. I have always owned HP and now do not plan on buying Epson after my experience with Epson.

This is a review for the Epson Expression Home XP-440 Small-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I really like that this printer is small and compact because it doesn't take up a bunch of space on my desk which is already limited. Even though it's smaller than most it has just as many functions as some of the larger printers and everything I would ever need at home. Even with it being smaller the buttons on the screen are still easy to see and use which is impressive to me. I didn't have any troubles using it to set up the printer and then use it for basic scanning functions during testing. The printer was super easy to set up with my home wi-fi network so I am able to print things from my computer as well as my phone and iPad with ease. I tested them all out and was able to locate the printer as well as print via the connection. You can also use the screen to choose printing options to make copies or print from a memory card or USB connection. I really like that the ink cartridges are all individual also instead of a tri-color so you can just change the color that needs it instead of wasting ink when only one is out. The pages that I copied as well as the ones I printed were nice and clear and the colors were very bright and crisp. I am very impressed with this printer and happy to have it taking up less space on my desk than my old one.

It was broken and replaced within 8 month, can't make 2 sided copy since you need to turn page up and down to make copy

I was not a fan of this printer. The ink doesn't last long nor is it a good quality. I returned it for a HP.

Not good for a home office but good for minor printing, school projects, etc... Quit working after only 7 months of use.

For $50 this printer left much to be desired. Truth be told, it probably would achieve most needs but it felt cheap. I decided to return this printer.

I've had to replace the cartridges too many times in the short period of time that I have had it. So the juries still out on this one.

You can make out lines from ink when you print pictures and it’s a brand new printer have bought cheaper printer with better quality

So, I finally received my new printer in the mail and I set it up immediately, which was a very simple task. Took about 2 minutes to set up the hardware. I mainly use my printer for eBay labels and light photo printing. It didn't say it was a photo printer but most people were pleased with the quality. First impression is cheap. This thing felt flimsy and just all round cheap. I can't see this thing lasting very long. Set up was extremely easy and I was off and printing. It takes a long time to get going if it's been dormant for a while but once it starts it's fairly quick. As a black and white/color printer it's pretty basic. Quality is above average, and for basic printing and the price it's a steal. My previous hp was a photo printer so I'm used to high quality photo prints. I've been playing around with printing photos and since it's not a photo printer the quality isn't bad. I keep going back to the price, which makes this a slightly above average photo printer. I used multiple settings and multiple photo papers and the quality is definitely passable for hanging in a frame. Colors are fairly bland, without much pop. The big difference is this printer only has 4 cartridges instead of 5 like a "photo printer" once again, for the price it's definitely a decent printer. However, If I want lab quality photos it's worth it for me to go to Costco and not worry about using my ink.. what most people fail to recognize is the price point. You get what you pay for. Don't expect a sub $150 printer to print lab quality prints, and you'll be set. If you want a decent priced, small footprint printer you might want to give this one a shot. All in all, this printer is worth the 49.99$ that you have to fork over. It comes with most up to date features, my favorite being the wireless printing and being able to scan pictures straight to facebook. This is a compact printer so it doesnt take up a whole bunch of space on your desk or wherever you'd like to set it up. If your not looking for top-notch picture color, or if your main use is printing black and white text, this is definitely a great buy!

I’ve clean it and replace the ink still showing up as I need to replace ink cartridges only printing blank pages

Works for a while then for some reason won’t print anything other than the blues of what you’re wanting to print, if it prints anything at all. Goes through the motions, does everything except put ink to paper. This is the second one we’ve had, it was a warranty replacement because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the first one. The first did the same thing

No good this was my second one and I need it fix but refuse to buy another one or get it fix

I usually buy HP printers, but thought I'd give Epson a try, but it didn't work as i needed it to ; so back to HP.

Stopped printing after a month, Returned. you get what you pay for $45 worth of junk

Great printer but the ink runs out too fast I got 2 uses out of the ink and it was small project I was doing with my son.
