Printed fine at1st now ink won't show

VERY SLOW

The color quality is not very good. I thought that because it was an Epson product the affordable price would still get me a decent printer, but I guess the old adage is correct: "You Get What You Pay For". I would not recommend this printer.

Had high hopes.

We purchased it in the store but they had to ship it to us. After maybe using it for 15 prints, it’s already telling me that my ink cartridges are not installed correctly (which they are) and there’s no removing the error screen. Going to have to return it.

Not worth it

Look for a different printer unless you want to be locked into spending high dollar for ink. I had to install an older version and turn off updates to get it to work with any ink I buy.

Messes up all the time

It doesn’t print the entire page(has lines running through it missing ink) and then has black ink spots randomly on the page. Tried the cleaning settings numerous times, tried changing ink cartridges and nothing works.

I tried all settings and even different computers but the Alcom was always the same. It’s the printer it’s not good do not waste your money please

Ink and printing issues

Also it is advertised as double sided printing but this option would not work. Returned for a different printer.

very poor quality

I did the whole troubleshoot and all the resets i could do but this printer just gave me headaches and was not worth it at all

Stopped recognizing ink cartridges

I replaced the ink and now it won’t recognize the black ink cartridge I’ve tried several trouble shooting steps. It sounds as though I should’ve disabled firmware updates; I read it’s a big problem with Epson.
