Aftermarket ink cartridges not supported.

Firmware updates will not allow you to use aftermarket ink cartridges and will disable the printer if they are detected.

Posted .Hello Adam, from time to time, Epson updates its firmware to ensure the printer operates as designed. The Epson XP-5200 is designed to use only genuine Epson-brand ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly. Please ensure you have installed genuine Epson cartridges. Junk.

Image bumps to the right every couple of inches. Printer has no clue on how to print a #10. I have to use "user-defined" settings to correctly print a #10 envelope. This was a bad purchase.

They had to resent any printer and recharge my card.
