Be sure to follow instructions on printer screen and not just on the computer. Epson was responsive and helpful. Happy with this printer so far. Have not printed much yet.

Within only a couple of days from ordering, which is so unusual for living in Hawaii. Very impressed, will definitely be coming back for further purchases! So happy I thought to check Best Buy.

Posted .Hello BreS, the Epson XP-15000 printer was designed to use only genuine Epson-brand ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, they may not function properly or at all. You can avoid such restrictions with other printers, such as Epson EcoTank cartridge-free printers. Epson provides information about the printer's design on the box and in many different locations and materials included with the printer and on the website.
