Bought this printer to use in a home office. Have used various Epson printers in the past and they worked well. This printer was good, but the color was off quite a bit from what was showing in my projects. I expect a slight difference, but this was a big difference. Maybe it was a settings problem, but ended up returning.

Epson printers are the standard! Review and purchase Epson and you wont be disapointed.

The ink lasted longer than I expected. I am photographer so i brought this to print my own photo

The main reason I bought this printer was to print directly onto printable CDs and DVDs and it works great.

I like the large printing but it has had a paper jam 3 times out of maybe 10 times I have used so far.

Employees are always kind and show genuine interest in what you are looking for.

The printer worked great in the very beginning but just over a month after purchase the print head blew and and error code appeared on the screen. Geek squad was not purchased and 30 day return period has passed.

This printer is giving me the worst problems. I have been doing nothing but unclogging the print head for 2 weeks now. The cleanings use up a massive amount of ink, and fills the maintenance tank very fast. It prints terribly! There have been smudges and streaks on every single print. I had high hopes but this is the first weapon printer that has let me down. To top it off, Best Buy won’t take it back because I only had 15 days to return it. I didn’t even open it until day 14! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. Some of the worst money I’ve spent.

Big prints and terrible color management. I am still testing it, but the struggle with color management is ongoing. I like to manage my images and print using Absolute Colorimetric CMYK setting the appropriate UCR for the type of media onto which I am printing. I wrongly assumed this printer would allow me to get going out of the box, or soon thereafter, but that is not so. To add salt to the wound, the XL ink cartridges are exceedingly small but cost XL $$$$ for the volume. For the first time in 24 years buying and using EPSON printers, i am very unhappy with this one. Our all-in-one four color EcoTank printer produces better results right now - Sad

This is a good printer and meets my needs for a wide format printer

Ordered the Epson XP-15000 from BestBuy on August 31, 2020. It was delivered on Sept. 8. Due to work issues it took several days before I could put together enough time to start to attempt to set up the printer. Followed setup directions, but when I got to the point where I was supposed to attempt a "print-head check" I got a message "Printer Error" turn off the printer and retry. This occurred several times. Probably should have called the Geek Squad at that point, but again had work-time issues. Tried again several times at various times. Today (9/29) I finally had the time to call Epson Support. After explaining the issues and providing the "Error Codes" which did not match anything in their documentation, their technician had me try several different things. In the end, he declared the printer to be defective. My options with Epson are to return the printer for replacement by providing a credit-card hold to have the replacement sent immediately, or pack up the defective machine and return it, then wait for the new one to be shipped. In checking the BestBuy order, I found that the "return" period "expired" on 9/23 and was no longer returnable to BestBuy. Since the manufacturer has declared the printer to be defective it seems that BestBuy could be more helpful in this matter.
