The printer seems to work well but the installation instructions leave a lot to be desired , the use instructions are virtually useless and contacting Epsom is totally useless. I tried to get an answer to a simple question about operation and the people (4) I communicated with did not seem to understand how the printer worked. I got "answers" that were irrelevant . Contacting Epsom was was a waste of time.

This printer works great when it is online wirelessly but it seems to go to "sleep" often and shows offline so you have to cancel the print and power cycle the printer then it works fine again for a while. So if it was directly connected I would give it 5 stars. This replaced a workforce printer I will buy another one of those.

Great printer for my needs. Instructions are very good and setup is fairly easy. Prints great both b&w and color. At this price it was a steal.

Overall the Epson printer was fairly easy to set up. The CD that came with it made it easier to navigate the install. Love the footprint and the front panel is user friendly.

Quite a good printer but the shipping container has minimal packaging material. Nice photos when using with quality photo paper.

A bit complicated to set up, especially for an elderly person, for whom I purchased this for. Otherwise a good home printer for average printing. Wouldn’t recommend for heavy use printing.

I needed this foe my Etsy shop. I've made heat transfers, cards and stickers with this printer. Everything comes out great. The only this is sizes to print with my HP I don't have a lot of opposition. When I use an Apple its great I can change the setting no problem

I am impressed with this printer so far. It makes very good printouts and copies and is quite fast. I haven't done any photos so I can't review that type of printing.

Will not handle stiff photo paper,. Ink goes extremely quick. per the add on sales. Does well as far as quality of Photo and Black and White using color mode. When printing using b and w setting, the colors are on the blue side of black, Other than this it seems like a very good printer over all.

Overall good and easy to setup- only challenge I faced was with Ubuntu setup. Needs should have drivers for Ubuntu/ Linux as well

Decent product, a little flimsy in construction but has worked well so far. Had a little trouble setting up the wireless printing function but got it done and it works well.
