So her me no NEVER EVER DO A FIRMWARE UPDATE IT WILL BREAK YOUR PRINTER whew now with being said I am sure others may have no problems but I did if do a firmware up no other cartridges will work in this printer other than the manufactures cartridges also it started not even recognizing the original black. I repurchased it again because it’s the best around no pause wasting ink like HP printers do these just print just DO NOT DO FIRMWARE UPDATE.

I print off using my iPad and no problems what's so ever. Image quality is quite good, but not super amazing. It's still really good for the home printer. I just don't like that basic ink for it is $50, other than that pretty good.(colored ink pack)(just black is cheaper)

So far I think they are happy with it. I can not give a fair rating because I am not the user. This purchase was on sale and I was happy with the price point.

Solid performance at a good price

This printer gets light use and has performed quite well. Setup for use with Chromebooks could be easier and ink can be a little on the high side, both of which contribute to one start downgrade.
