Okay printer.

When it’s not working - I’m ready to toss it out of the window. Connection to my Mac is a lot easier than keeping the connection to my pc. Interface could use an upgrade.

Setup was awkward with having to press buttons over and over to enter WiFi password and select all menus and all their options. Then I found out that when cover is lifted to add ink cartridges, the print head doesn't move into position. That takes another button press. And aligning the print head isn't automated. After one prints an alignment sheet, they must look at 54 little boxes to find the best ones, then enter those numbers (more button presses). Oh, and the PB black ink cartridge has to be shaken before installation. When all was done and humming along properly, I printed out 1 page daily to see if the Epson XP-6100 would pass my infantile failure 30 day test. On Day 15, the Auto-Start feature quit even though it was still shown as enabled in the menu. That's when I packed the printer up and exchanged it for another brand.

First time I have ever had an Epson. Printer is OK. No problems. Set up OK. But having had HP’s previously, Epson has some catching up to do as far as set up and touch screens.
