Most of the time I need to print a test page before I can print a document. I've been using Epson printers since back in the days of dot matrix and I've never had this much trouble setting up a printer. Quality is good when it decides to print.

Setting up the internet and linking it to my phone or iPad was terrible. I had to go on YouTube to find out that there was another app that needed to be downloaded for the printer to work. The instructions never mentioned these things were required. It took a long time to find my wireless address (next day) and it was sitting in the same room as the router. Still will sometimes disconnect from router and have to reenter the password if it is turned off for a few days. Kind of flimsy top feels easy to break off.

It is a little annoying how you have to leave the top and bottom open for it to print but I guess that's what you should expect with such a small footprint.

It’s pretty slow and used a lot of photo black ink. Once I ran out of it it said I could print in black and white but it won’t let me and I don’t know why.
