Only problem is that you have to pull out the receiving tray before printing. Inconvenient to leave it out all the time where we have it. Otherwise very happy.

I find that it needs restarted most times when I'm ready to print something, which is a little annoying. Aside from that, the function is good & the print quality high.

So if it was directly connected I would give it 5 stars. This replaced a workforce printer I will buy another one of those.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The printer seems to work well but the installation instructions leave a lot to be desired , the use instructions are virtually useless and contacting Epsom is totally useless. I tried to get an answer to a simple question about operation and the people (4) I communicated with did not seem to understand how the printer worked. I got "answers" that were irrelevant . Contacting Epsom was was a waste of time.

The CD that came with it made it easier to navigate the install. Love the footprint and the front panel is user friendly.
