Once I took it out of the box it was easy to set up. I use it mainly to print out colored flyers, labels, and pictures. I have a laser printer, but for the flyers I wanted the colors to have more "pop" to it. This printer definitely makes the flyers look a lot better. I only print about 25 at a time so speed isn't a factor. Even if it was, it's still pretty quick.

Only problem is that you have to pull out the receiving tray before printing. Inconvenient to leave it out all the time where we have it. Otherwise very happy.

It has a separate tray for 4x6 paper. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little more intuitive with printing photos from the phone wirelessly. It doesn’t print photos properly and they turn out runny or wet. Other than that, it is a great printer.

I find that it needs restarted most times when I'm ready to print something, which is a little annoying. Aside from that, the function is good & the print quality high.

I tried to get an answer to a simple question about operation and the people (4) I communicated with did not seem to understand how the printer worked. I got "answers" that were irrelevant . Contacting Epsom was was a waste of time.

So if it was directly connected I would give it 5 stars. This replaced a workforce printer I will buy another one of those.
