prints good.... just can't figure out how to print a 3" x 5" index card

I needed a good all-purpose machine at a reasonable price. This printer checks all the boxes. It's compact yet powerful. It's a great value.

Does exactly what it claims to do. Easy setup. Would recommend to family and friends.

As a Professional Graphic Design I only use the best printers and this Epson is one of them, can't go wrong on price, quality, and ease of use.....

good for making my sons homework and good size for small places

I had a hard time setting the printer up. No instructions. I finally was able to get everything done. This was the first Epson printer I have purchased. The ink was the easiest to put in the machine. The xtra tray is what you had to pull out to use for printing. I finally used the information I obtained from epson site.

Product line, attention to customer needs, geek squad the best, store well furnished. Sales personnel attire could improve but overall, its the first place we check for product availability, price, service with follow up. The retail market is tight, little margin so its all mostly on how the customer feel he is being treated.

It was very difficult to set up the wireless connection. It kept saying I was not connected to the printer when I printed a test page. I returned and visited Best Buy for help. The gentleman showed me to press the wifi button and continue. I still had problems. I called Epson and they stepped me through the scan process.

You get what you pay for. Very simple. Sometimes difficult to connect to Bluetooth devices. Have to manually pull out trays when you want to begin printing. Doesn’t hold a lot of paper. But it prints in color and black and white. I just prepare for a few more steps when it’s time to print

This Epson was to replace a Canon. Like the fact of separate color ink cartridges. Print speed is good. A little tricky to setup the wireless access, but normal hard-wired setup a breeze.

All in one laptop, good for a small business and even better for home use.
