Beautiful picture quality. Has 2 black inks. So picture black doesn’t get used up on normal printing. Works great.

I haven’t tried the printer yet but the store rep was very knowledgeable and assisted me from beginning to end even with finding ink and paper.

Nice printer but have difficulty with the tray sometimes.

I've bought this a couple months back, and so far no problems works well. I print off using my iPad and no problems what's so ever. Image quality is quite good, but not super amazing. It's still really good for the home printer. I just don't like that basic ink for it is $50, other than that pretty good.(colored ink pack)(just black is cheaper)

This is a very up to date printer. It is able to print on printable CDs. Has 2 paper trays. One for letter size and one for photo paper. Great printer.

As I have used Epson printer & products before, I purchased this printer because it was wireless for my son and girlfriend. So far I think they are happy with it. I can not give a fair rating because I am not the user. This purchase was on sale and I was happy with the price point.

it is better than I hoped it wifi-ed and my hubby and I love it made things easier and it was the right price all in one and we love it

Purchased this printer as a gift for home and school use. This printer gets light use and has performed quite well. Setup for use with Chromebooks could be easier and ink can be a little on the high side, both of which contribute to one start downgrade.

This is my 2ld one of the same model my first one never was the same after the firmware update so I tossed it out. So her me no NEVER EVER DO A FIRMWARE UPDATE IT WILL BREAK YOUR PRINTER whew now with being said I am sure others may have no problems but I did if do a firmware up no other cartridges will work in this printer other than the manufactures cartridges also it started not even recognizing the original black. I repurchased it again because it’s the best around no pause wasting ink like HP printers do these just print just DO NOT DO FIRMWARE UPDATE.

Very easy to install and no problem using it. I went out on a limb and spent more money on this printer than my last one but I think it will be worth it.

I bought this for my grandpa he is using it to scan his old pictures and print a record of his bills and he was very exited to have all in one printer

Perfect compact size for a small office with basic printing needs. WiFi printing makes it very convenient. Happy with our purchase.

a little more detailed then i have previously experienced setting up a printer. But, finally got up and running.

So far, so good! Easy set up and easy to use! My only con would be that the cover(top part) is a bit flimsy. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Easy to install, no problem. the item was delivered on time and woks as expected. I am still learning about it, but no complaints so far.

Love it. Works for my needs. I just needed a simple yet inexpensive color printer and this is better than I expected. It’s quite nice.

Hopefully, when we get use to all the sequences of pushing buttons just to make a copy is frustrating but it will be come easier as we use it more. I guess it is because of all the functions it can do makes it more complicated. We were use to pushing one button, "COPY" and wala it was done!
