It keeps you notified of the ink status constantly. I have had issue getting it to switch the trays. i print photos quite often and have problems getting the unit to select the proper tray and I have to go through the set up process each time to make it switch and then again to switch back ???

disappointment at best buy

We brought in our old dysfunctional printer and was told by the salesman that we would get some money off our new printer. Whe we tried to apply the discount we were told it was only good for a copier not a printer. This has affected our trust in best buy. We consider ourselves valuable customers, pay an annual fee for support from the Geek squa but this experience was not handled well by your best buy representative.

Makes great copies, easy to use

Piece of crap

Plus the ink cartridges drain quickly. Would never buy again. It's after the 15-day return period, so I can't even return it.

Epson XP-6100 printer

Nice printer...However, I thought it was a touch screen. It is not. You have to constantly figure out which button to use to print, etc., especially if you don't use it every day. I prefer the Epson XP-7100.
