I use the top tray for 4x6 photo paper and it already is having issues feeding the photo paper. It takes several tries to get it to feed one sheet and I'm using the Epson branded photo paper. Also, ink is VERY expensive for this printer. Now, the photos I'm printing are having a faint line across the top where it looks like the black ink isnt fully printing. Needless to say I will probably have to buy a new printer soon. Not worth the money

The written instructions were too brief and confusing. It took quite a few hits and misses before I was able to get copies & prints made. This model is definitely not for heavy duty use. It's slow and the trays are not sturdy. You get what you paid for. If I need to purchase another printer I would definitely upgrade from this model. The screen needs to be larger

I am glad that there is an digital owner's book to help out with the printing problems I have had.
