Bought it to use wireless printing on my wife's IPAD

Great printer overall. It was exactly what I needed. It is a little on the big size and goes through ink fast. I recommend buying alot of ink.

I have not printed a photo yet, but this has worked very well for many small office tasks that I need to do. I use the Epson ES-400 for my many scanning needs, but sometimes I need to use a flatbed, and this works for those times, otherwise you might need the next step up, the XP-7100, with a document feeder.

You would think buying a new printer would mean new and improved. Nope! My 7 year old printer had better scanning capabilities. People were complaining on here regarding the paper trays, I should have listened to them. It is difficult to get them out to load paper in. The output tray HAS to be out before it will print. The screen menus are cumbersome and confusing to navigate through. The setup instructions do not give you all the information to set it up. No diagram to where everything is. I am so disappointed and would return it, but because Best Buy won't take it back because of their return time frame, I am stuck with it. I also read that it does not work with Windows 10. I have not tried to set it up on my other computer which is W10. I am still frustrated at the first setup. I bought this printer because it said it would print cardstock, which seldom do anymore, but it puts a line through the image. I would really think twice about buying this one! Cheap is cheap and it is proof in this printer.

It prints very nice and quickly once it gets “warmed” up. And it was easy to get it connected to my WiFi. gave it 2 stars because it doesn’t work well with my Google WiFi system. It is connected and says it is connected but after 24 hours I can’t print to it unless I restart it. I’ve emailed tech support and they say I have to call them. Google this issue. I’m not alone.

Printer has good quality but set up is difficult at times, I have had to recalibrate multiple times already.

I have had this for over a year. I mean it works but the ink cartridge replacement on this is ridiculous. Always has some type of driver to download before using. The ink is 1/3 of the cost of the printer. You are going to replace it frequently. It's like the cartridge evaporates, I barely use it and sure enough next time I need to use it one cartridge is dead and it will not allow you to use just black you need to go replace that cyan or yellow to print black.

Good printer. Skow to start printing but then speeds up some. Great for my needs. But if you want real quick this would not be for you. Good quality to printed items. Like how each color of ink can separately be replaced. Took me a bit to figure out how to navigate it.

I own an hp envy and bought this for a friend. I helped them with a set up and when I did a sample print, the color is not to vibrant. But overall, it's good.

I bought this for our church for printing on sermon CD’s. We’ve had many Epson models over the years and they’ve been great products, but this one is a piece of junk. Extremely slow, constant errors, had to do 5 consecutive head cleanings after only 2 weeks of very light usage because it was outputting completely blank discs. Finally after the last cleaning, the nozzle check printed ok and the discs look good again. Also, this printer has something called a maintenance box that needs changed when full. Never had that on any other printer. They cost $10 each and require you to remove a screw to get to it. After 20 years of buying Epson printers, this will likely be the last.

Not the greatest printer but when it works it does a great job. Software is funky, no touchscreen input.
