Bought for my niece who has a baby on the way. She can share baby pictures with the family and also use for her husband's college classes.

Not to happy with h tho just printer. Set up was easy enough but I never could get the scan process to work correctly. It may be working one day and not the next I’ve tried several times to make it work correctly, followed set up instructions to the T but in vain. It makes good copies but that is all.

Needed a new printer so I decided on this one. It was on sale and I thought this one sounded it like it did everything I needed so this was the winner. It's been almost a year and its worked great since my purchase. I'm happy I decided on this one.

The printer is a bit slow but works fine. It has dropped from the network for an unknown reason but does seem to recover.

Received printer and the ink which also supposed to be with was not NBest Buy refused to make it and forced me to buy ink.

Nice printer, i love everything about this product but the only thing / issue we really have hard time to set it up

I set up the printer right out of the box according to directions. Part of the setup afer ink installation is to print a test page, but it would not print; said to load the tray, when the tray was full. This continued despite restarting, unplugging, etc. Turns out that there is a part at the rear end of the tray that was broken or out of place. A phone call to Epson was referred to a technician who was supposed to call back but didn't. Another annoyance is that the tray doesn't hold much paper; pulls through multiple sheets at a time, and the output tray has to be out to print, but you have to push it back in to load and then remember to pull it out. I'm going to return it and get something that loads paper from the rear. The CD printing tray is missing, so it appears this was a defective product that was sold as new. Back it goes and no more purchases from Best Buy, thank you.

Epson is a great copier/printer. I feel this printer is very good for what I paid for it.

Great printer, the only bad thing it doesn’t take out market ink.

I was legitimately surprised how accurate the color is on this printer. The wireless features are plentiful on this printer as well. On top of that, the printing speed is fast and the build quality is solid. Overall: We are pleased with this printer.

This is my 2nd Epson printer. I thought it would be as easy as my last one however it wasnt. This took some reading the manual to make sure i was doing it correctly

I wouldn't recommend Epsom to anyone due to the fact that they are very strict with the type of ink cartridge you use. Epson is not third party ink friendly they would make your third party ink stop working if you upgrade firmware this makes them look like a capitalist they only want you to use their own ink. If I take every funded for this printer I will take the money right away

Complicated setup and paper trays are very hard to work with

This printer does it's job! The only thing I dislike is you have to open it up and pull out the tray for printing!

This printer is an excellent value for the price. Had no problems getting it on the network and printing right away

Although it took a couple of tries, I was eventually able to use the printer. Accompanying Instructions were minimal, especially for someone my age and proficiency. After great on-site assistance from the Geek Squad, everything ran beautifully.

There were some initial set-up problems with my new laptop. Jay Camancho identified the problem quickly and resolved the issues. I was pleased with his attention and walked away happy with my purchase.
