Set up was easy enough but I never could get the scan process to work correctly. It may be working one day and not the next I’ve tried several times to make it work correctly, followed set up instructions to the T but in vain. It makes good copies but that is all.

It was on sale and I thought this one sounded it like it did everything I needed so this was the winner. It's been almost a year and its worked great since my purchase. I'm happy I decided on this one.

Arrived Broken-Little Help from Epson

Part of the setup afer ink installation is to print a test page, but it would not print; said to load the tray, when the tray was full. This continued despite restarting, unplugging, etc. Turns out that there is a part at the rear end of the tray that was broken or out of place. A phone call to Epson was referred to a technician who was supposed to call back but didn't. Another annoyance is that the tray doesn't hold much paper; pulls through multiple sheets at a time, and the output tray has to be out to print, but you have to push it back in to load and then remember to pull it out. I'm going to return it and get something that loads paper from the rear. The CD printing tray is missing, so it appears this was a defective product that was sold as new. Back it goes and no more purchases from Best Buy, thank you.

Great all-in-one printer

The wireless features are plentiful on this printer as well. On top of that, the printing speed is fast and the build quality is solid. Overall: We are pleased with this printer.

Decent printer

Epson is not third party ink friendly they would make your third party ink stop working if you upgrade firmware this makes them look like a capitalist they only want you to use their own ink. If I take every funded for this printer I will take the money right away

The Expression Premium XP-6100 was designed to work only with genuine Epson ink cartridges, therefore some updates may affect the functionality of third-party ink. Non-Epson branded or altered Epson cartridges that functioned prior to a firmware update may not continue to function. Accompanying Instructions were minimal, especially for someone my age and proficiency. After great on-site assistance from the Geek Squad, everything ran beautifully.
