The form factor is right, but I don't feel like the software is so great. Mine goes offline randomly and has trouble shutting down. If I had bought this for my elderly parents, I would hate it because they would probably be calling me help.

product is excellent. sales person had no people skills, seemed more concerned about where I was standing. even though I had on a proper mask as required. then answering my questions about the printer and the availability of an extended warranty. In fact, if I had more time, I would have gone back across the parking lot to buy the same printer at the same price from a FRIENDLY and knowledgeable sales person at the same price, but live 2 hrs away and was i town for a doctor appointment so short on time. Otherwise Best Buy wold have not had my business.
