This printer is good for small home office uses only, it’s not intended to be a heavy user printer. It have small ink cartridges and the ink doesn’t last too long. It’s an all around printer for the price.

worst printer i've ever owned.

Even though black ink is full but this printer will not print B/W pages when the color inks are low. It's very frustrating as I had to pay over $80 twice to purchase all the ink cartridges. My older model Epson was much better and durable but this one is definitely not living up to its name. You have to have both flaps open all the time and tray pulled outside if you are planning to print paper remotely from your cell phone.

poor quality and poor support

It seemed cheaply built when I took it out of the box, and maintained that image as long as I had it. The feeder did not work well and I had several paper jams for each photo that I tried to print. It went through cartridges quickly and by the end of April the print quality was getting poor. It got to an unacceptable level and I called Epson about it. They said that I had to do some preliminary checks before they could do anything, but by this time one of the ink cartridges had again been depleted. Rather than pay $20 for another cartridge that I didn't plan on using I just gave the printer away and bought a different one.

When it’s not working - I’m ready to toss it out of the window. Connection to my Mac is a lot easier than keeping the connection to my pc. Interface could use an upgrade.
