Leftover from the 90's?

I would have ordered something else online but I needed a printer NOW to complete a CARES funding deadline. I have already replaced it with another printer that I ordered online. The problems were as follows: 1. Very difficult to install and set-up by a non-tech person (myself). I finally accomplished it by disregarding the Quick Start instructions and just trying anything else I could think of. Hours later, what I did to achieve success was not even close to the Quick Start instructions. 2. Does not copy more than one page at a time and does not scan unless you install some other process that I could never get to work. Even then it doesn't appear that it could scan more than one page at a time. I am astonished that printers this outdated are even made anymore. Maybe it was just left over from the 90's. 3. No touch screen, just arrows you have to press to move the cursor around. Again, I thought this technology was long outdated. My new printer does multiple page copies and scans and has a touch screen for the same price.
