    Network interface and Epson app doesn't work well

    I retorned this printer after two days, Printer keept disconnectting to the network all the time. I had to spend a lot time to get somting printed or scanned. Smart Device app takes too much time to recognize printer. I got a new printer from different brand and it was installed and priting in 15 min.

    This printer has never worked. Not sure why Best Buy carries trash in their store. Every single time I need to print (very simple printing) it is one problem or another. I have spent probably more than 40 hours troubleshooting this piece of junk. Who is going to pay me for my time. Best Buy or Epson? Both guilty for carrying and selling trash

    I am constantly having to take it apart because it won't print. The cord to the computer from the printer is always falling off. I now have to keep tape on the cord to stop it from falling off. I have had it since June 15, 2020.

    Cant clean head nozzle unless all cartridges are full. I bought this in August 2020. I only needed the black cartridges to work, but it wouldn't let me print anything unless all cartridges are full. Don't waste your money.

    Poor Made printer.. charged for all in one

    I was probably better off purchasing a $60 printer. After printing once piece of paper it says the printer needs paper. Printer a full colored sheet is poor quality. If I sent two-three documents to the printer it only prints one.. defeats the purpose. I would not recommend at all. It’s a pandemic and I need a printer if I didn’t I’d bring it back today

    Literally the Worst Purchase I Have Made in Years

    I really don't know where to begin with this printer. It has been nothing but problems since we received it and it is an engineering disaster. Every single time I printed, I had to re-align the print head and run through the process. It took a minimum of 10 minutes to print a document. The design of it makes virtually no sense. You have to lift the front flap (that has all of the controls btw) to expose the printing tray for normal size paper? It just ran out of ink (again) and I am replacing it as we speak.

    I dont know if it was good, I never got it set up! I got a message that the ink was not correctly installed. I couldn't remove the ink to reinsert it correctly. I gave up, returned the printer, bought an hp which took 10 minutes to set up.
