Disappointed in the product

The wheels to pull the paper would never grab so we could never print anything. We got several types and brands of paper to try at Epsons recommendation with no luck.

Printer is a piece of junk!

It will not allow me to print anything from my phone (as it advertises it should be able to do). Everytime I try to print from my phone, it tells me that the "printer is busy" "Please wait". The printer is not busy, there is nothing in the queue, the paper is full, it just simply WON"T WORK.

Epson XP6100 printer issues

The color ink cartridges keep running out of ink even though I only print in gray scale. According to information on line all the Epson printers have this issue. So why are they being sold at Best Buy with all the complaints.

Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. EPSON PRINTERS are the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

Ridiculously goofy touch screen that looks like it came from the ‘80’s. Epson ink is also VERY EXPENSIVE compared to others (HP, etc). Spend a little more and get an HP. Those printers actually work.

They could never resolve the problem. I think that you have a responsibility to inform people not to use online Geek Squad. My time is worth something and I should be compensated for my time. Photo printing is a joke

I've managed to print 6 4x6's on EPSON photo paper in 3 hours. The paper never feeds correctly and it's beyond frustrating how terrible this machine is. Buyer beware. Don't do it.

Very unsatisfied

Self Abuse...

Too many useless features (admittedly that’s not unusual); it regularly drops the WiFi connection and must be power cycled to get it back on- line; slooooooow printing; expensive ink. I’m Mystified how Epson manages to stay in business.

Nope. Not a good one.

To print you have to manually open the front panels beforehand. If you do not the printer errors out. This makes no sense when trying to print from somewhere else in the house. A complete miss for what appeared to be a decent printer. It was immediately returned.

Printer Pain

THE return tray when pulled out forces the command area up which makes it hard to read instructions. I find it hard to change the ink . Hard to get to. I would not purchase again.

Disappointed in blue tooth connectivity
