Ink hog, stops printing if one cartridge is low

This is not true. The Cyan cartridge is out and the printer will not print, even if I specify black & white. Also, it consumes the Photo Black ink for regular printing even though I haven't used it to print photos. Purchasing four ink cartridges on a regular basis is very expensive. I would consider another brand or model.
