Great all-in-one printer..does everything I need!!

Printer directions leave a lot to desire. When printing keep getting "paper jam". Checked and nothing jammed.

We had to return this item because it did not work with the computer we bought. We where told wrong

We could not get it to work with the new apple we just bought.

I ordered the printer on best buy for a great price before Black Friday happened. I got the printer but Ontrac damaged the product so I went to my local best buy to exchange it for a new one. According to the associate, the printer wasn't in stock at that location so she told me to come back the following week on Monday to get it. I didn't get any confirmation that the product arrived but I still went and found out that the associate that helped didn't complete my order. It caused a lot of confusion and the new associate that helped me tried to get me to pay for the printer again when I didn't get refunded for the first time. Needless to say, the problem got situated and instead of receiving my printer by the end of November, I got it 3 weeks later. If you have patience and can deal with horrible customer service, I'd say order from Best Buy for the prices. But if not, don't even bother.

Printer works well but operation could be easier lke changing paper and ink.

Just okay. Got in on sale so not too upset. The paper feeder brings it down.

Have not gotten the tree to retreat set up was not easy ink is not cheap

I brought this printer back and bought the expression pro xp-8600 the paper holders are not as flimsy and is worth the additional money the lcd color is bigger and easier to program the xp-6800 looks dated pixeled lcd panel something out of the 1980's buy this priner for pictures

seems good havent used it yet but will in the near future

I got this printer last year & the printing quality is poor & slow when printing. I had to switch printers because all of a sudden my ink cartridges started running out in no time. I’m not worth it

too difficult to load/change paper. must push in output tray and pull out input tray in order to load paper. then you must reverse in order to print.

The problem with with printer is the fifth ink cartridge the 410 XL. What happens is when this cartridge runs out, it renders the printer useless, even if you have full cartridges (including the photo black). Best Buy does not sell the 410 XL as a standalone, you have to buy it in a package of all cartridges $74.00. You can find the 410 XL online, but it's amazing the design of this printer will not pull from the full black photo well when the black XL runs out. Look for a printer with the four basic cartridges.

I don't care for the paper tray beneath the printer and it's difficult to connect. the xp420 is much better.

I got this for $40 on Black Friday. I've found it difficult to set up so far.

not very easy ! few functions by wi fi doesn t work very well.

Bought this and got it shipping in one day which is nice. But what's not nice is that the printer didn't even work for me. I can't even use it because those errors. Waste of my time. Might as well refund it.

I bought it solely to print CD, i printed about 20 and now the print head has fallen and rubbing the bottom of the machine. Of course I didn't register it or save receipt or box. #screwed #notworththemoney

This product never worked. the company sent a replacement and it had the same defect and never would call me back to help fix it. I finally gave up when I had to leave the country

Wanted something just for personal use to make occasional copies. Poor quality, was broken when we opened box & ink all over everything.
