Impossible to keep track of their numbering system which doesn't seem to be the order in which I scanned the photos. Third problem is that my computer doesn't always find the scanner due to apparent conflicts with my other Epson scanners and printers. I'm finding it difficult to use this product. Tech support told me to use the latest drivers, which I already was doing. Was sent a new scanner. Works a little better but still with the same above problems. Never a full project with no white borders. Disappointed.

I was hoping to scan my family photos but this thing damages the physical prints. The rollers scratch lines into the photograph. I have cleaned and cleaned the machine. So frustrated and sad. I went to Amazon reviews and saw other users had the same problem with this machine. Not sure what to do with this $600 mistake now since I’m outside of the return window. It was not easy to set up either! Total waste of (a lot!) of time.
