Like most people I have a lot of photo's in albums and boxes. I wanted to be able to scan them easily and quickly and this scanner worked out to be a good investment. Not only can I scan and organize all of my pictures but now I'm able to do the same for family and friends.

Very easy to use, it quickly & easily scans photos into high resolution .jpeg files. Very satisfied with this scanner, I would highly recommend it to anyone with a large number of photos to scan.

This scanner has really been helping me to scan our huge amount of family pictures (ours, parents, aunt & uncles). Very easy to connect and use. Had to disconnect from my computer for a few days (due to house painting) but very easy to connect again.

Excellent BUT BUT polaroids and super small passport size pics do not work

This little thing is EXTREMELY powerful. It got through thousands of scans very quickly. If you have a lot of smaller photos to copy, this is the easiest way to get them scanned.

Can’t say enough good things about this scanner. Over 7000 photos and documents scannned. Only time scanner has an issue is when it encounters the dreaded photo album adhesive. Simple enough to open scanner, shuffle pictures or turn in a different direction.

The Epson FF-680W is an excellent buy. It scans my photos fast and organize it also. I highly recommend it.

Works like a charm, scanned 100's of photos in no time.

Fast!! This easily handles all the prints you can throw at it and works fabulously for receipts as well. Interface is easy too. I don't use as a wireless unit, so I cannot comment on the wireless capabilities.

Epson makes great scanners there is no denying that and this one is another great one. The software however leaves a bit to be desired. I am finding I need to use two different Epson scanner softwares depending on if I am scanning photos or documents and receipts. That was a bit disappointing. Scan quality is great however.

I was able to get this up and scanning photos pretty quickly. The instructions were easy to follow.

Took less than 10 min to set up and get started. Great quality pictures. Like the front and back of photos option. Was very quick and having the ability to save the original copy and the Improved side by side was great. I have recommended this to 2 friends who have either bought or are going to buy.

Well it does what it’s supposed to do but be prepared for this to take a looooong time if your trying to add your family photos to your computer. The software is great for labeling and categorizing each stack of photos. It’s very expensive though which is my main complaint

I am so glad that I finally purchased this scanner. It works great for what I wanted to do. Scan all of my mom's picture books. It went very quickly and I was able to get them scanned in a couple of days after work.

This is what I been looking for to scan all my family photos so I can share with the whole family. I use the scanner to also scan and organize my paper work to eliminate my file cabinet. This is the perfect tool to rid yourself of paper clutter and backup your family photo albums.

Quick! Best option available for photo scanning. Had a hard drive problem and EPSON was great to replace item because I was out of my Best Buy return window. New one has worked great!

Great Photo scanner, easy to use, easy set up..very user friendly

What I like… as a document scanner, it’s amazing! Super fast, great quality and handles a ton. What I don’t like… photo scanning. Sheesh, it adds a ton of noise to to the photos, even at the highest quality. Not impressed. The software for the photos is garbage. Facebook does a better job of dealing with photos and will even be less degraded. If it wasn’t so good as a document scanner, it would go back to the store. I would only recommend this for documents or if you never put on your glasses again to see a photo. Disclaimer, I use a Mac; exclusively. Maybe it’s better for PC, but I doubt it. Also, I rarely write reviews, but people should know before spending $600.
