So far, I love it!! It has processed about 1,000 photos so far, and I haven't had a single problem. It scans photos really fast (I can do at least 10 of the same size in seconds). I bought it because I needed to scan photos of my wife for her celebration of life. Since we were married for 52 years, there were a lot of them! I will be scanning the rest of my photos over time for inclusion in other albums. We'll see if the scanner holds up for these tasks, but for right now, the expenditure was worth it!!!

This thing is amazing! It shows you front, back and enhanced front to each photo. Great way to preserve family history!

Do not buy anything from Epson. Their product support is horrible. This scanner actually does a number of things well; if, however you need to edit a document you have scanned, there is a defect in the software and the entire system crashes. It is impossible to contact Epson to tell them: If you call the number on their website (562-276-1300) there are voice prompts that lead you to a "scanner" tech; BUT they immediately tell you that you have called the wrong number and direct you to 562-276-4394. If you call this number, the voice prompts are only relating to camers and other digital products NOT scanners. In other words, Epson has provided defective software and then made it almost impossible to tell them you have a problem. DON'T BUY IT.

This is awesome! FastFoto scanner is FAST! You can scan groups of photos (up to 35) in a heartbeat . You can put them in files at the same time.

Scans great and fast. Getting the interface settings right and is a little difficult.

Works right out the box as advertised. Software is intuitive. Bought to convert 7 kids worth of family photos, all college age now. This scanner is great.

Love this photo scanner. Scans very fast and picture quality is great. It only took me a couple of days to scan over 5000 of my family photos. The scanner has already paid for itself because most scanning services charge .48 cents per photo. So for the 5000 photos I scanned it would be over $2,000 dollars much more than this device. The scanner is very easy to work with and the software is pretty good. I highly recommend.

So far, so good in the scanning of my old photos! There is not much in the learning curve for this scanner.

Works like a charm. Wasn’t sure when I got it, but really like the ease to place documents on my PC, cleaning g up clutter.

Halfway through scanning and archiving all our old family photos. Going to loan this to all my friends so they can ensure their photos live on.

The price is a bit steep but probably worth it in the long run for it's speed and convenience in scanning and auto color correction. I had a lot of old faded prints and the Epson software did a pretty good job. Sure beats scanning a print on a flat bed scanner.
