    Had multiple bins of old pictures and scanner scans them in fast and has to ability to improve the picture with the software that comes with the scanner.

    This scanner works well. Scans both sides if there is something on the back and can scan to both TIFF and JPG at the same time. Really fast.

    I have had some issues getting the wireless to work but the scans are good. I have a macbook pro. At first the wireless worked perfect but when I changed to a different location, the new wireless would not work. Used the proved cable and it worked fine.

    Big problems with erratic white borders around borderless photos. Impossible to keep track of their numbering system which doesn't seem to be the order in which I scanned the photos. Third problem is that my computer doesn't always find the scanner due to apparent conflicts with my other Epson scanners and printers. I'm finding it difficult to use this product. Tech support told me to use the latest drivers, which I already was doing. Was sent a new scanner. Works a little better but still with the same above problems. Never a full project with no white borders. Disappointed.

    Wish it was more user friendly. Really have not gotten to use it yet as intended. Problems now with it saying it is already in use when we try to scan. Miss the old Plug n Play days.
