At first the wireless worked perfect but when I changed to a different location, the new wireless would not work. Used the proved cable and it worked fine.

Impossible to keep track of their numbering system which doesn't seem to be the order in which I scanned the photos. Third problem is that my computer doesn't always find the scanner due to apparent conflicts with my other Epson scanners and printers. I'm finding it difficult to use this product. Tech support told me to use the latest drivers, which I already was doing. Was sent a new scanner. Works a little better but still with the same above problems. Never a full project with no white borders. Disappointed.
