Tried different HDMI cords. Made no difference. Returned the unit as the speakers must have been defective. We had it at volume 10 and it was still not loud. Sound was also tinny and poo quality. Best Buy charged me a $97.50 RESTOCK FEE!!! Don't buy this projector unless you're hooking up your own GOOD speakers but then again why buy this expensive unit for only a good picture? There are much less expensive models that provide an awesome picture.
