This is my first projector of any kind for myself, however I had a great deal of experience with DLP projectors at work, and I have to say that this one definitely is impressive. To start, since this is an LCD projector, you're getting a true 1080p picture unlike the interlaced picture that a DLP provides. The image is crisp and clear, and the brightness is excellent. The lamp of the projector has a 7500 hour life in ECO mode which is quite a lot. The fan is quiet so there's no annoyance during quiet scenes in movies. As far as inputs is concerned, it has 2xHDMI one of which supports MHL. and a USB port for displaying files. The throw of the projector is excellent though at a reasonable distance I didn't have a hard time watching on it in a lit room. Overall it's an excellent projector, I'm really looking forward to getting a whole lot more use out of this.

Very difficult to hook up an external speaker, requires an extra 30 dollars in parts to get it to play audio on a decent speaker. If it had the ability to hook up to an external speaker in an easy fashion I would give it 5 stars.

This product I purchased because of the company overall reputation this projector constantly blinks on and off when watching a movie or playing the video game never experienced this with a previous projector I bought in the past

This unit was recommended for outdoor theater use by a tech at Best Buy. It does not have an audio output. That is just dumb to me. The speaker is terrible in it too. Everything else is good, but it’s just been a pain to get audio out. Ended up buying a sound bar with HDMI pass through(ARC), but haven’t found a good one yet for outdoors so buying and returning multiple. Get one with audio out and forget this one.

I am very pleased with the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 1060 1080p 3LCD Projector. It is a tremenous system, especially for the price. One thing I particularly appreciated was how bright the image is. It shows up well in bright light and even on colored surfaces. Video is clear at various ranges and sizes. Of course, it is sharpest at about the equivalent of a 50" screen, but it still looks very good a much larger sizes. There is no motion blur, even with sports or movies with fight scenes. The brightness of the image also leads to rich colors and deep blacks. This aids in the clarity of the image. Sound from the system's speaker, while not tremendous, is much better than I anticipated. Regardless, the audio out works great with a home theater sound system. Overall, this is a strong value and an excellent system.

I have a 4K tv. I dont know what I was thinking when I bought this projector. Its nice having a really big screen it almost feels like you are in a movie theater but at home. I just couldn’t keep it. Blacks were bad coming from a 4K tv to this was a bad idea. But some won’t care. Returned it and I was bumming they had to keep 80 dollars restocking fee. I’m buying a 4K projector but not from Best Buy.

Tried for 3 weeks to get it to work properly. I've had experience with projectors, so I know if was defective. To add insult to injury, Beat Buy charged me a 15% re-stocking fee for a defective product instead of working it out with the manufacture. Needless to say, I am a former Best Buy shopper.

did a backyard set up for the family they love it!! A lot of connections to get the sterio system going though...

Ok projector. Cheaper priced family room projector. Sound isn’t the greatest and you need a receiver to hookup external speakers.

I was disappointed in the projector. I was in the store for about 40 minutes comparing the projectors with the sales associate, and after going over scenerios he recommended this projector. In the end the lighting did not work for me and the store wanted to charge me a restocking fee to exchange the item not even 24 hours after purchase.

Picture quality is okay. But there are inexpensive projectors out there that are better.

I tried everything to connect external speakers to it. There is no output for the audio. Sound is poor

We primarily use this for outdoor movie nights and this projector is not made for that. The poor sound quality and difficult picture adjustments, has made something that is supposed to be fun, very undesirable. I've spent an extra $100.00 on an audio extractor, audio cables and speakers. After I get all the audio cables hooked-up I spend another 15 minutes adjusting the picture. I would not buy this projector if you not planning on keeping it in one spot.

The projector itself is good but the sound is HORRIBLE!!!! We don’t see any outlets to add a speaker to the projector and it’s not Bluetooth either which was really what I wanted but we were in a pinch and needed the projector quick for a graduation party. Also it always looks like it’s smoking by the light bulb which is annoying cause you see smoke in the picture.

It's ok I wasn't impressed considering it was very expensive.

This Epson Home Cinema Projector makes everything better. I found myself losing sleep since I got my new Epson Home Cinema Projector. I absolutely love this projector. The picture quality is amazing and looks like I'm watching something from a Tube TV. Clear 1080p viewing at 150 inches easily. The projector is able to allow you to view your home movies, TV and other visual treats up to 300 inches clearly. The picture quality looks so good that everyone who visits my home I feel compelled to tell them about it and make them sit down and watch several shows with me. Everything is better with this projector. I found myself rewatching things because it makes old shows look brand-new. You can't go wrong with purchasing this projector. I was originally in the market to purchase a 100 inch TV; however, after getting this projector, I no longer need or want the TV. I am able to hook up my BluRay player, PlayStation, Apple TV and other streaming devices and watch everything from regular TV, to movies to boxing, etc. In my opinion, this is better than going to the movies and shows a much better picture in the comforts of your home. One complaint is that it gets hot quickly so I suggest adjusting the lighting. Otherwise, it’s an easy set-up, and storage. I simply plugged it in to power, connected an HDMI cable and digital audio cable and turned on the BluRay player. It’s lite weight and portable. I was able to point the project in just about every wall in the house and view whatever I wanted. I can’t wait to take it outside and watch in while I sit in the pool. It almost runs on auto as it adjusts and focuses to ensure the best picture quality.

This projector is really nice and has a lot of features.

I am not a fan of projectors because I always thought TV's were better but I find that the ease of using this on a wall to be great, It is 1080P which is what most TV's are and most content is right now and this does great. Has 2 HDMI ports to plug in most devices . I wouldn't suggest putting in a console with this but media consumption this is great for.

Only used a dozen times and had an internal failure in 14 months
