    Coming from a Panasonic AE8000U, this projector exceeded my expectations. If your sitting on the fence like I was, just buy it and don't look back.

    I was disappointed in the brightness and color depth of this projector. I don't think it is something I would buy ever again. Also, head's up, if you buy it to see if it's something you would want, they'll hit you with a restocking fee so I would probably just buy from somewhere else.

    Blacks/contrast not good in a dark room

    Maybe I have to buy a gray screen or back lights or the one I got is bad. If this is the best projector in its price range then stick to a led tv. $200 to return it, thanks BB.

    Not a true 4k projector. Only supports 4k@24hz. Doesn’t play well with my 4k/8k receiver. Unfortunately went passed the return deadline so I’m stuck with it.

    The one I got from bestbuy was dead on arrival. So had to go back return and get a new one. So far that one has been working for a month now and it has been great.

    Was hard to focus from the distance we had set our mounting bracket. Couldn’t find a good spot to place it where it showed the picture well. We returned it and got the smaller version. It’s pretty good but picture can’t be focused In on the screen.

    So i bought this projector reading good reviews. it does have easy setup and clear image. It shuts off every 5 mins while watching movie. Email Epson and they reply back that i have to call.

    Down After Only 6 Weeks

    Projector lost video after only 6 weeks. Best Buy says I have to take up the warranty issue directly with Epson otherwise I have to pay to have Geek Squad come look at it and I may incur a charge for parts on top of that.

    I only had this home Cinema 11 months and it gave it stopped working and when i took it in they said it would take from two weeks to a month poor quality and the help wasnt any better

    Terrible - over heats and turns off

    I haven’t returned this because I’m trying to get help Best Buy or from Edison, but no matter what I do the projector turns off every time I use it because it’s overheating in the fan can’t keep it cooled. I would never buy this again
