Bad Experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought a brand new projector. In less than a year, the projector just died. As it was in warranty, they replaced it with a refurbished projector. Ultimately even after discussing with Epson folks as I was not satisfied in having a refurbished equipment, had no choice due to lame policy to get a new one. One month after having the refurbished equipment, the lamp failed. The worst experience begins now. After a lot of back and forth and speaking with the mangers, they agreed to send a replacement bulb. Its been more than 2 months and I still don’t have it. A lot of calls and apparently the bulb has been out of stock. Would recommend to go with other options, never Epson.....
