When my 20 yr old dishwasher finally died beyond economical repair, I researched replacement on multiple review sites and this Bosch consistently rated very high for quality, performance and price. It is super quiet. You can barely hear it even in the same room. I really like the adjustable top shelf height. The controls are easy to understand and use and it has a shorter cycle than most. The price is reasonable and I am glad I didn't need to pay an arm and a leg for a new dishwasher. My only frustration was not related to this great product, it was Best Buy delivery process--I had to contact customer service two times after the 1st partial delivery of just some power cords, 2nd non-delivery attempt to pick up the old dishwasher (extra fee) that had already been picked up on the first attempt and agent was able to schedule 3rd delivery attempt for the next day. Success! But the process was too hard with multiple cellphone hard to understand msgs.
