Packaging ripped apart during shipping

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The packaging on the copy paper was completely ripped open and has dirty smudges on sides of stack as if someone placed it inside the bubble wrap shipping envelope after it broke open instead of replacing it with a new unopened pack. For neatness I only cut the end of the pack open and slide out small portions at a time as I need it so as to keep it clean and dust free. Next time I'll pick paper up at the store. The ink cartridge in the same order survived even tho it's packaging was very crushed.
