plastic wrapping cut before packing for delivery

But this is the second time I've bought paper from Best Buy where the delivered pack of paper has the plastic wrapping cut (and it's not from when I opened the delivery packaging). Good thing the paper inside didn't fall out or get damaged. I don't think I'll be buying paper from BB again.

This item was not only one sale at the time of purchase, I was also able to purchase two reams for a cost of less than one.
