Works everytime

Most every time used that scanner I got an error that required a restart of the computer. I have a newer, high end laptop running Windows 10, Since I started using this scanner, it has worked every time! No errors! That pretty much says it all.

Excellent for price..if using it for simple scans

Figured I will spend a little more and get a better one. Then realized I only needed it to use for docs once in a while and was hoping to scan photos to save and the others were way to expense. So I went back and got another one, had it working in minutes. So it was not me, just the last one was faulty. Kept this one, haven't used it for photos yet, but works great so far with documents. Feels a little light and flimsy, but holding up so far.

Technology has improved

Cost about one fifth the old one. Weighs a fraction of the old one and is much smaller.

I don't have experience with a lot of inexpensive copiers, but this has worked very well for my needs and the price was very reasonable. I certainly recommend it for home use. If I'd had it for longer and could comment on its longevity I'd probably have given it a 5-star rating. I have no complaints to date.
