Bought this to take on trips. Installed software easily as download. Quality of scan good to excellent.

Just recently purchased this so all is new and working just fine. I do like Epson brand so that is why I bought this scanner. If it does what I need it to do, which is scanning a million pictures into my computer, then I know it will deserve five stars.

So far so good. I use this to a can old photos. The quality is great. Easy setup.

This scanner is very light and works well. It's not noisy, though it makes a little high-pitched hum as it scans. It does not plug into an outlet; instead, it has a USB cable that connects to your laptop or whatever. It's all very easy to operate. You can scan book pages by pulling straight up on the lid so there's enough space between the lid and bed.

Nice product, easy to set up and use. It does not take up much space.

Epson is just the best scanners, and I've tried many others.

This seems to be a good and economical choice when it comes to scanning pictures you have from the past. I have not used the software you can get from Epson yet. I hope too real soon.

Very similar to the V19 scanner but comes with some additional software. Scans nicely with very little noise. The only thing I would change is put a power button on the unit. It is powered via the USB cable to the computer and I don't like that it is on all the time unless I unplug the unit. Just my personal preference as I don't scan all that often.

Excellent scanner. Used it to digitally scan and save over 800 family photos from over the years. It's auto detect feature allowed scanning 5 to 6 at a time (depending on photo size). Most of the photos ended up looking better than the original. Ability to enhance and crop after scan is super. Highly recommend this scanner.

easy to operate, Light weight, my 10 year old uses it with no problem

I absolutely needed this scanner. I have tons of family and friends photos and cards. I can scan a few documents at a time. Once I am done adding these photos to my computer I can shred most documents saving space. This scanner is so easy to use. This is a purchase I do not regret.
