The good part of this scanner is its very small and portable. It wont be bigger than your laptop even which you can even carry with you while travelling if required.

I am very happy with this scanner The reason I bought this is Scanner I scanned old photo on printer scanner did not come clear at all some did but with this scanner absolutely amazing how fast and clean can scan even if I am not gonna use it after I restore my old photos still gonna keep it

the epson is the perfect scanner for on the go photography. if you have family albums or friends who have photos you want copies of. you can scan them into the computer and print later. the Epson is also great for scanning documents and other items you want to archive!

I had a large picture scanning project. Instead of scanning one at a time, as long as they were spaced a half inch from each other, I could scan up to six photos at a time and they would be saved as individuals. Great machine.

Economical basic scanner for those who need a separate scanner from printet

My scanner was delivered in one day and the quick set-up was fast and easy. Once the scanner was set up it was easy to follow the instruction manual and get the scanner working. I'm still trying to figure out how to scan multiple pages and bind them in PDF form but I see there are instructions for that as well.

Great product, but cannot put on network to share among computer. Still very fast scanning, good color. A learning curve, but I like having separate components, separate printer, separate scanner. Tech support good. I have a brother printer which is just toner, great free support from brother.

My all-in-one printer/scanner was taking so long to scan pictures, that I bought this scanner. I am most happy with it. I had about 15 years of pictures to scan in and I wanted something quick that was still good. Love Epson. This does the trick and is making short work of my project.

Works well scanning in color but really choppy in black and white or greys

I have been using this to digitize my large photo collection. Though it is still time consuming, this has made is so much simpler than using the scanner on my printer. Great photo quality with this scanner, and it of course can be used to scan documents too.

I love this scanner, it has been the easiest one to use, that I have ever purchased. Only negative is that it doesn’t scan negatives, but I knew that when I purchased it.

Needed a scanner quickly, knew I would find one here and price was right.

Easy instructions and scanning versatility (I.e. color photos, black and white, pdf, etc.) Comparable to my office scanner for A LOT less.

Not to bad , I use to list items on selling platforms and every few scans the picture are blurry for no apparent reason but easy to use and sufficient for my needs. Priced good.

If you own a current Mac one should look for a different scanning solution. After about an hour with Epson Support, the front buttons still don't work and the software is buggy. Their solution was to call the computer manufacturer. Using Apple's image capture app one can make scans of photos but some of the features that this is supposed have don't work without the benefit of Epson's software/drivers.
