Scanner is working great, no issues would recommend to others.

super easy setup and very computer friendly. I had no problems setting up and using this scanner and I usually do not succeed in getting it right the first time. Really user friendly.

We have a Canon PIXMA printer and the Image Garden software is absolutely terrible. We needed to scan some photos in for a Shutterly book, and our local BB had this in stock. Super easy to use and got all 75 photos scanned in under an hour. Highly recommend this scanner.

Loud. Had it 3 weeks, used it maybe 7-8 times, dead, won’t power up now. Will try another and see what happens.

I’ve been looking for a scanner to convert old film negatives to digital files and this scanner didn’t disappoint! The speed is a little slow for higher dpi scans, but quality is phenomenal and worth waiting the extra time.

It worked for a quick fix issue. Quality of scan was good. The machine is cheaply made and with extensive use the lid would probably fall off.

Does what I needed it for...scanning and editing old photos

need to scan photos from an old album? I hate removing photos, so being able to remove the lid from the scanner and place the scanner on the photo album page was amazing! Great quality scans and relatively quick at it.

I’ve been scanning old family photos and the quality is great. Also it allows me to put multiple pictures on the scanner at once and it automatically breaks them into separate images and then I can quickly edit each one before I save the.mm.

Wanted an easier way to scan pictures & this is pretty easy. It is a bit noisy but it's quick. I like that it plugs into the computer Would definitely recommend for the price.

Easy to use - much better quality than my 3-in-1 printer/scanner. I use it to scan art, a lot of it is from sketch books, so I like that you can take off the lid.

Got my first scanner to scan my old pictures into digital files. It initially worked great. Loved the ease of using scanner & quality of scans. Loved that it separated multiple pictures on bed into separate files. HOWEVER...it stopped working within two weeks. I would connect the USB cord & nothing would happen. Thought it was a fluke, called & Best Buy sent out another scanner & took my other back as a return. Simple enough. Things like this happen. New scanner, same deal. It initially worked great, but after a short time, it would not connect to my computer when I plugged it in. To be sure, I tried to connect it to my work computer to make sure it wasn't a computer problem. Nope, it's the scanner! Going to return again & figure out what to get now because Best Buy doesn't have a lot of options. But I know it won't be another one of these. Sigh.

Great scanner for a very low price. Several DPI choices and great scans. It has a kick stand that allows it to stand on its side when scanning that no one is every going to use. But I love this little addition to my art studio

Okay, this is an easy review for me. This is an exceptional scanner - does what you want, when you want it. Easy to use and you just can't beat the price. What are you waiting for? Get it since it is a great buy at Best Buy!

Easy to set up and use. Does a good job on color as well as black and white photos. I have not had a chance to use any of the advanced features such as color restoration.

Easy to install. Easy to use. Easy to store out of the way when not in use. Easy to like.

It has been helpful to scan and retain images of documents instead of keeping them around.

This scanner does a great job on photos and documents. It is lightweight and portable so you can travel with it. Easy to scan numerous pages to create one document file as a PDF.

bought for my wife to scan photos and it works great. Its small enough to keep beside your computer, so you don't have to get up after every scan.
