I just recently purchased this Epson Scanner to replace my old Canon Lide 200. The installation was very easy and I have already used it about 10 times. It will take me a little longer to get used to the difference in the software between the two brands. At least I was able to scan and make copies right away.

Technically, this is appears a Windows 10 update issue, however, we are talking about Epson, not some kind of mams-and-paps store, they should stay on top of these things. Who do you think Microsoft will reply first: to me or Epson?

Can detect multiple pictures on the bed but you need about a quarter inch of space between them for the software to recognize it. Great buy. I've scanned over 1100 photos so far. I would not have attempted it if it weren't for the multi photo capability.

Very compact. Can keep in a bookcase. Good imaging. Uses power from USB so minimizes cords. I use it primarily for scanning documents. I believe it is a perfect fit for my uses and at a good price point.

Works well scanning photos and documents. It is a little difficult trying to save items, Takes some getting used to

So far I’ve really been happy with the production of this scanner. I scan in watercolor art and the printer really picks everything up. It’s much better than a standard printer/copier set up.

It works real well. Just what I was expecting. It's just much bigger than the unit it replaced.

Overall very poor. Not a great item at all and was instantly returned.

This scanner and its associated software is easy to use and has done a wonderful job of scanning old photographs and bringing them back to "as new" or better through the color correction software. Love it!

Bought it to do some away from home scanning. Worked very well. Can’t say I liked the software that came with it- hence the loss of one star.

My Samsung scanner on my printer refused to work just when I needed it most. So a quick trip to BEST BUY and I had a scanner that works every time. Thank you BEST BUY!

Great for beginners, simple scanner, easy to setup. Nothing complicated about this, great that it’s portable too.

Software to scan is a little limited, such as only 1 page per scan. Some times a little touchy, need to rescan. Overall good entry level scanner.

I bought this, so I could scan photos. There is nothing fancy about this scanner, which is exactly what I wanted. It does the job, and I didn’t have to spend a lot of money or mess with a lot of features I didn’t need.

It is just a thin scanner - needed for travel Going to visit family back home and needed a small effective scanner

Doesn't come with a micro USB. Can't get it to work with my Adobe creative cloud based software. Not the Epson scanner upgrade I was hoping for. Wish I could return it, but sadly didn't open and test it right away. Best Buy Return window is so short. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Good Scanner ! Still trying more functions ! The scanning quality is not so good if the original doc printing is light !

This scanner replaced a HP flat bed scanner that did not work windows 10. HP did not update the drivers. This replacement Epson flat bed scanner, works great with Windows 10.

Using scanner to archive older family picture. Hardware works very well. Software made the older pics look very good bu restoring color.

... that not many scanners or printers have - which is it's ability to be powered by a regular USB cord, so that you can even use your phone or a battery pack to power this , anywhere!
