But was extremely disappointed about it's performance. So much so that I returned the product to Best Buy. This was using this on a 2015 MacBook Pro using the Epson scanning software. Placed an item on the scanner, pressed the one-touch scan button, took about 45 seconds for the computer to open the app and start scanning. Took about another 10 seconds to scan the page and a few seconds to transfer the image. All-in-all about 1 minute to scan one page. The thing I liked most about this scanner is the minimal footprint - it's thin, relatively small and doesn't need a power cord - it's powered by USB.

It isn't. It's slow. Even in B&W in PDF is slow. You can only scan one at a time and overall I think it solves a necessity but in a cumbersome manner. Skip it if you can.
