Used it once, and it worked fine. I went to use it today, and it won't even power up. I tried multiple micro USB cables, multiple USB ports. It's definitely the scanner. Of course, now it can't be returned, so I spent $80 for nothing. Don't waste your money on this one.

waste of money

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.works, but is a pain, the softeware freezes every three or so scans, requiring a restart of both scanner and pc, then the pc will not communicate with scanner, sometimes for weeks, even after uninstalling and re installing software, wich you will have to do to every time you want to use it anyway, the user guide is no help. I would recomend avoiding this garbage
