We have scanned, copied and printed and it has been flawless. The large ink reservoirs are a plus. Bought extra ink and have not used yet. Would recommend!

Then I ordered another of the same model, same thing. I even upgraded my operating system, checked the privacy/security, nothing. I would not reccomend this model.
