However it abruptly stopped working and I had to uninstall and install it again on my computer. It's easy to install and you just have to watch the "how-to" video's on YouTube to e able to know how.

I'm not that satisfied with the software interface (i.e., I prefer the first window would show all options, instead you have to select settings to change options). But I'm happy with my purchase.

The scanner is an excellent purchase. I have no regrets. It’s been connected for 3 days, and so far I’ve scanner 110 photos!! Looking to do many more!

Not what I expect from Epson

There is also no difference between the less expensive V19 and this scanner and the V19 is cheaper. The only difference is software.
