Customers are saying

Customers regard the Perfection V600 Photo Scanner as user-friendly and easy to set up, even for those who are not tech-savvy. They appreciate the high-quality scans and the scanner's ability to handle various media, including negatives, film slides, and old photos. However, some customers have concerns about the outdated software, compatibility issues, the scanner's large size, occasional defects, and the time-consuming scanning process.

Scanner software was easy to install and was up and running in 5 minutes. Picture quality is amazing. If you use the max pixel setting it does take about 12-15 seconds to scan, but I find it is completely worth it.

This scanner is quite! The software that it comes with is easy to use and flexible enought to appeal to a normal user. The scans are sharp and color accurate as far as I can tell. It just took a while to find the 'hidden and secret' on/off button. That has been my only complaint so far.

I purchase it to scan 620 Slides which are bigger than 35MM slides. There 2 1/4" X 2 1/4" to outside of card board mount. It wasn't automatic to do but you could do them. I did a 1000 of them and saved old family photo's Also did 35 MM easy and did Negatives as well. Results seam good.

Great scanner! I had received a defective scanner originally but I was able to return it and purchase a new one that worked right out of the box. It produces very high resolution scans of art and is very helpful.

Wanted to scan old negatives far bigger than 35 mm, and this product delivers high-resolution results. Only drawback was having to track down directions on how to use on YouTube. Fortunately, they're easy to find there.

Very good! Excellent scanning quality! It is slow as people say, but it is not a problem for me. I’m scanning in the highest resolution. It takes about 1min per photo. A trail with 12 negative images about 12min. I push scan and keep in my day

For a retired person wanting to save some of the old pictures, the V600 is getting the job done. It was a little challenging to use in the beginning but as with anything, once one has learn how, it is getting easy to use more of the functions of the V600.

I have had many other Epson scanner and as far as a Flat Bed Scanner, I have to say this one is very fast and efficient. I love the software and hardware. Don't go lessor than this one. They may be cheaper, but for the money this is a real work horse.

Product arrived on time and works well. It took a little while to understand how the software worked, but once I understood it and practiced a little it works great. I am scanning 35 mm slides from 50 years ago and they are coming out very well.

The earlier V500 had been rendered obsolete by time & advancement of apps. I'm still getting acquainted with some of the V600 features but it is effectively scanning slides, negatives, and photos as hoped. The setups are a little different than the V500 and so I'm still fine tuning.

This is the best thing they ever invented. I can finally travel in time with old photos. Is super easy to use, you just need lots of patience and time, because it takes his time to scan the negative of the photos

Works well. Scans of 35mm color negatives are coming out clear at 4800dpi with good color as long as the negatives are not too curled. Should have an option to purchase anti Newton Ring glass to flatten curled film.

    1) The scanned photos, and documents would cut off from the edges. 2) The professional mode does not function. The command don't work as they must. 3) These technical glitches must be removed. 4) The software downloads must be made simpler to be downloaded with one click of the button. 5) The customer care service representatives must understand and speak English language correctly to communicate correctly, and be respectful to avoid unnecessary arguments. 6) The product Epson V600 seems to be nice, but it can be made better if the above mentioned technical glitches would not occur.
