A fantastic scanner for photos and negatives. Easy to use, dependable.

Quality of scans are good and love the feature to scan from negatives.

This is the first scanner I've purchased in over ten years. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the scans it produced, bot from hard copy and 35 mm negatives. Slides didn't work out as well but I haven't had too much experience with them yet. I'm pretty sure that with some fine tuning they should work as well. At $200 it was definitely a bargain.

Needed a new flat bed because my old one was not LED and took 45 seconds to warm up with each scan. LED is quick. The SilverFast software (comes with purchase) offers great flexibility for all media.

Love this photo scanner, haven't tried it with negatives yet. The software is pretty self explanatory and downloaded quickly. I'm using it with Windows 10

Does nice scans and also scans negatives and transparencies.

It was working great after I finally got someone from thee makers of the driver software to walk me through how to make it work. Then my new MacBook Pro M1 13" doesn't have enough ports to plug it into. I don't yet know how to hook it to my new Mac. I hope Apple can put out some sort of adapters soon or maybe a third party company.

A great replacement for my Canon 8800F. This flat bed scanner seems to have all the functions and features of my old Canon scanner that died recently. I have only had the device for a couple of months but so far it looks very good

It serves the purpose of scanning family photos to preserve a digital copy. Unfortunately, Epson hasn’t kept up to date with the MacOS 11. Epson gives you a link to a free software as a “work-around” but you’ve got to learn it without Epson. The Epson documentation (manual) shows “how-to” scan, edit, enhance, etc with the included Epson driver.

Suspected not to work with Monterey. Almost a plug and play unit. No option for extra templates and no template for size 620. Templates subject to break. Thanks. Have saved over 200 negatives still counting.

I had no problem with set up and the scanner is doing a wonderful job on old negatives we are scanning.

Have used it to scan 60 year old slides.Some needed color correction and needed the Ice feature. What wonderful results especially when coupled with the normal photo programs.Have not tried with negatives yet but if its anything like the slide scans I wil be impressed. A lot of fun to use. A bit slow but can be doing other computer things while it is scanning.
